The Magic-ray VC5000 / VC5100 / VC5300 series provides single- or double-sided automatic conformal-coating inspection using high-brightness UV lighting, with optional coating-thickness measurement and an AI algorithm for bubble-defect detection.
Underfill Adhesive AOI – VF5100 / VF5300
The Magic-ray VF5100 / VF5300 series performs single- and double-sided inspection of underfill-adhesive climbing height with five-sided component coverage, and is compatible with UV, RTV and heat-dissipation adhesives.
